Cleaning and Inspection
It is important to get your jewelry inspected and cleaned at least once a year. Over time, jewelry can wear down and stones can become loose. Bring your jewelry in to Hiller and we will take the time to make sure your jewelry is safe to wear and, if need be, restore it back to the proper condition. This is a FREE service for all items purchased at Hiller.
Appraisals
A certified appraisal for insurance purposes is included with any piece of jewelry purchased from Hiller. We also offer the service of appraising personal pieces of jewelry that were not purchased from Hiller (price depends on the complexity of the piece).
All appraisals contain a photo of the jewelry, description and retail value including 8.75% local and state sales tax. The jewelry will also be inspected and cleaned.
Gold Buying

 Custom Designs
Hiller’s master goldsmith can hand-make any piece of jewelry that you dream up. From a one-of-a-kind engagement ring to a matching wedding band – even a diamonds-by-the-yard necklace using old diamonds you might have sitting in your jewelry box.
The process is easy and only takes 2-3 weeks! Simply consult with Lisa or Joe about your idea and approve our hand-carved wax. Then the wax is cast in your desired metal and the stones are set. Finally, the piece is yours!
